BOOKING POLICY/GIFT VOUCHERS
Welcome to the colon clinic and thank you for choosing us to do your treatment. I’d like to introduce myself I’m Louise the owner and will be happy to help you with any questions you have. Please take a minute to read all the following information as it’s important to your treatment.
Please check all contra-indications before booking an appointment as a non-refundable booking fee of 30% is required when making a booking. This will be deducted from your final bill on the day of the treatment. Should you not show for your appointment we reserve the rights to charge you for the full appointment at your next service with us.
Unfortunately due to insurance children are not able to attend appointments with their parents or guardians, or to be left in the colon clinic reception area unattended while other clients are having treatments.
Any changes to the booking date and time must be notified 24hrs prior otherwise booking fee will not be carried over to a new booking.

You need to advise & present the gift certificate or discount voucher at the time of booking and The Colon Clinic has the right to reject any booking if the voucher is not presented.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred.
You agree to keep your personal record held by the salon updated with your full contact details – which will enable us to contact you in the event of any change relating to your appointments. Where possible, please provide both land line and mobile telephone numbers and email address.
